My mother went in this branch to deposit her tax refund and open a savings acct. She was told she wasn't allowed . This bank has given her more grief than satisfaction in ten years as a customer.
And I will be with her to ensure she gets treated with respect. I find this bank and its management staff inept,pathetic, rude and thoroughly DESPICABLE. You all should take some customer service training.Most especially crystal himes who seems to think she owns the bank . Her arrogance is astounding. No longer matters as our family's substantial assets are no longer at fnb .
She will be back to CLOSE ALL of her accts. and withdrawal ALL of our family's money first thing tomorrow.
