I called here with two baby starlings removed from my apartment attic space. The woman started lecturing me and spoke over me constantly. I had to ASK her if she would just let me speak so I could explain that I can't put them back because I rent here and there is nowhere nearby with shade, shelter, or anywhere near the original nest I could put them(attic between two floors) and I understand the mother would take care of them, so I didn't need the lecture, I needed help, she got downright nasty and told me she had better things to do with her time. Didn't stop her from lecturing me with useless information that didn't help me help them at all!
