Manager Pamela was more like a car salesman than an insurance agent...rude and pushy. I feel that she was trying to take advantage of me due to my learning disability. Pamela talked down to me, and made several attempts to confuse me into purchasing a policy that far exceeded my needs. I have already filed a complaint with the State Farm Corporate Headquarters.
