The owners, Rachel and Dink, are extremely friendly and keep an wonderfully clean and cozy bed and breakfast in the upstairs of their huge farm house. They treat you like family and are very pleasant to talk with. The house has a wonderful view of the mountains, a valley and lots of wildlife (we saw plenty of turkeys and deer). The property also extends to a very nice hole in the Little Juniata River. This place is perfect for fishermen, people who like a rural setting, people who enjoy friendly hosts, and those who would rather support local businesses than corporate chains. The drive between State College and Deer Hollow is beautiful and not too long at all. My wife and I both highly recommend this B&B.
